Wastrack is a initiative designed to empower citizens in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in their surroundings. Through this app, anyone can easily report waste dumps, garbage issues, or sanitation concerns directly from their smartphone. The concerned authorities receive instant alerts and take strict actions to resolve the issue quickly.

Wastrack is a Cooch Behar initiative that allows citizens to report Dumping of Waste & Blockage of Drain due to Waste directly through a mobile app. The concerned authorities are notified immediately and action is taken to resolve the issue.

Simply download the Wastrack app, take a photo of the waste or issue, add the location details, and submit. Your complaint will be forwarded to the concerned authority for necessary action.

Once you submit a complaint, you can log in to the app and check the real-time status under “My Complaints.” Updates will be shown, when the implementing authorities take action.

The complaint is directly routed to the Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samity & Gram Panchayat Authority as well as all 6 Municipalities in Cooch Behar District, who is responsible for sanitation and waste management. They ensure timely resolution of the issue.

Yes. Wastrack is a free app located at Play Store, which is available for all citizens of Cooch Behar District. There are no charges for registering complaints or tracking their status.

Currently, Wastrack services are focused on Cooch Behar District. Expansion to other districts is under consideration for future phases.
